Big Mac Tacos

All the flavour of a Big Mac… wrapped in a soft taco. Quick & fun
 
For the Tacos:
  • 450g 5% beef mince
  • Mini tortilla wraps
  • Cheese slices
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • ½ tsp onion salt
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Sliced/diced pickles
  • Diced onion
For the Burger Sauce:
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice (from a gherkin jar)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of garlic granules + onion salt (to taste)
 
Simplified Method:
 
  • Mix the sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chill while cooking.
  • Shape the tacos: Press a thin layer of mince directly onto one side of each tortilla.
  • Season the meat side with garlic granules, onion salt, and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook meat-side down in a hot pan with olive oil for 5–6 mins until browned. Flip, cook the other side for 1–2 mins.
  • Top with cheese, cover the pan briefly to melt.
  • Assemble your tacos: Add lettuce, onion, pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce. Fold and serve warm!
